  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Products such as intimate goods, health supplements, and perishables are non-returnable.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Shipping Costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
